Tasting Notes:
The grapes are fermented in barrel and matured for 10 months before bottling. The resulting wine is rich, well-structured and elegant wine with aromas of white flowers, hazelnut, toast, butter, honey and white truffles.

Following the principles of sustainable farming, yields are kept low through the use of cover crops and severe pruning and all the vines are harvested by hand.
